• Final Cleaning: We ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy upon departure. This includes: Washing dishes and utensils. Taking out the trash. Tidying up the rooms.
• Cleaning During Your Stay: Please recycle waste according to the provided instructions. Please do not clog the drains with food or other objects. Flushing hygiene products down the toilet is prohibited.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Please do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.
• Heating: The heating is automatically regulated to maintain a comfortable room temperature of 22°C.
• Kitchen: Do not pour oils or fats down the drain.
• Bathroom: Do not clog the sanitary facilities with inappropriate objects. Please use towels and hygiene products sparingly.
• Appliances: Please use appliances correctly and safely. Do not overload electrical outlets.
• Furnishings: Please handle the furniture and objects in the apartment with care. Do not move furniture without permission.
• Keys: Please do not duplicate the keys. Return the keys upon departure.
