Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
• Check-in: The apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out: Please vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Payment: The total stay, including the tourist tax for the municipality of Badia, must be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Cash payments are not accepted.
• Tourist Tax: The tourist tax, as determined by the municipality of Badia, is payable by the guest and will be added to the total cost of the stay.
2. Cancellation and Changes
• Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the booking within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, 40% of the total amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations made after this deadline and in case of no-show, no refund will be given.
• Changes: Any changes to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
3. Services
• Cleaning: The cleaning service is payable and the frequency varies depending on the length of stay and the type of apartment. Additional cleaning services during the stay are possible upon request and at an additional cost.
4. Use of the Kitchen
• Use: The kitchen may be used for the preparation of meals. Please keep the kitchen clean and tidy after use, washing dishes, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Restrictions: Complex culinary experiments, the use of sharp kitchen utensils by children, and the preparation of food with strong odors that may disturb other guests are prohibited.
• Liability: In case of damage to kitchen equipment, the guest will be liable for the costs.
5. House Rules
• No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments, in common areas (such as the garage, laundry room, and ski and bicycle storage) and throughout the entire building complex.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the property.
6. Liability
• Landlord: The landlord is committed to providing a comfortable and safe stay for guests. They are not liable for any lost or damaged items in the property, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The landlord is responsible for providing clean bed linen, ensuring the safety of the property, and informing the guest about the available services.
• Guest: The guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and agrees to comply with the house rules and applicable regulations. The guest is responsible for using the spaces with respect, not damaging the property, and respecting quiet hours and house rules.
7. Termination of Contract
In case of a breach of these terms and conditions by the guest, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without notice and without entitlement to a refund.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.) that prevent the guest from taking the booked stay or the landlord from providing the contracted services, both parties shall be released from their contractual obligations.
